Haven't been diagnosed, but I thought I'd ask your advice anyways to see if they're connected.

Long title!

I haven't been officially diagnosed with Crohns yet, but am in the middle of what I consider to be a flare.
Yesterday I found a painless lump in my armpit that my mother told me was probably just an ingrown hair. Ten minutes ago I found two painless lumps on the back of my head.
It seems like my lymph nodes are swelling up.
Anybody know if Crohns can cause this? It has never happened to me before and everything online says that a lump is only concerning when it's painless! Ugh.
I dont think it's a virus or infection because I'm not sick in the least, not even a low grade fever.

Any thoughts guys?

Not much surprises me anymore with CD. It might be playing a role but I can't say for sure.
I'd ask during your next visit.

I have swollen lymph nodes, they only go away when I'm taking pred. They are painless but they are not a problem (as in, they're not cancerous or anything and I've had them checked). They've been there for several years now and they are there all the time. I have some in my neck, behind an ear, and other areas. When I finished pred they came back which I thought was interesting. I think it's probably connected but I've never asked my GI about them.

Get them checked out though, to make sure.
