Having one of those scary moments again

I had one of these moments not that long ago but the keep appearing at random. My vision goes blurry, my head spins, my heart goes really slow and heavy, my airway feels like it's slowly closing up, this time I collapsed and my chest hurts. It's really scary plus they are happening more often :yrolleyes:

I haven't been checked for any heart conditions although when I was last in the hospital they did say my heart rate was slightly odd but nothing to worry about. I have hay fever, I don't have any ear problems, I do get some really horrible headaches which end up as migraines and can last for a day maybe more

I would check up with your internal medicine doctor but some of your issues sound like a panic attack or anxiety.

I agree with PK4881, speaking from personal experience, it definitely sounds like a severe, debilitating anxiety/panic attack. These types of episodes should not be taken lightly as they can have a very negative toll on your health which is already compromised.

Please check in with your doctors about finding ways to manage these episodes and if it happens again get yourself to the ER so they can make sure nothing else serious is going on in addition to anxiety. :hug:

I think it would be good to go to your doctor about this. Many things can cause these symptoms, so it would be a good idea to get it checked out. If it get's really bad, just go straight to the ER.
