hello all my short story!
well first off thanks to all yo, I was reading though this forum even before a got my diagnosis and you all helped me though this hard time in my life
and I will also say sorry for my spelling now as well im no speller!
ok ready....... I suffered from throt ulsers for about two years so meds after meds, I then began to get very dissy and faint more meds, then I began to bleed from behind alot it got to the point where I would just hemarage with no control my doctor took samples and told me it was coffee couseing it! I also had a telescope procedered which was 'normal' at this stage I just lived life on meds and was begining to think maybe I was going a tad mad! then came the pain lower right side the fainting and bleeding become worse so off to A&e I was admitted had x-rays showing kidney stones and enlarged kidneys I also had a urine infection. i had a ct scan showing nothing and a ultra scan showing appendixisis so out with that , next day after the op home.
after about a week i was still no better the pain was worse i was living in the toliet and had started to be sick so back off to the hospital, a week in the hospital with a kidney infection and enlarged kidneys one more ct scan showing nothing well just lots of poo! one great doctor would insist that it was my bowels causeing the prob so booked for emergency colonoscopy so 2 weeks later it was the day the consultant got half way though and said there I looked at the moniter and there they were lots of ulsers he said you have crohns its not all in your head lol! and thats how i got to my diagonsis with crohns lost has happened since and Im still in flare my consultant has now started talking about surgery so who knows! well thanks for all listening !
