I am interested in this treatment too - so far - pretty sure it's not done here in Canada, but not sure about the US.

I would really appreciate you posting anything you find about this... I will do the same.

I do not believe this is available in the U.S. You can order it from companies but have to have it delivered outside of the U.S. and Mexico last I checked.
