HELP! Need to get Remicade Abroad

I will be teaching English in Germany for 9 months, however, I need to get Remicade Infusions for Crohn's every two months. My insurance does not cover this abroad. Therefore, I need help! Is there travel insurance available that covers preexisting conditions? Can I transport the medicine? Any tips on getting infusions abroad would be much appreciated. If someone has done this with Humira injections, I would also love that advice!

I really don't want to turn down this teaching offer just because I have Crohn's!
