Humira and depression?

Depression and anxiety are listed as side affects...scares me because I have horrible depression and anxiety. Wonder why those would be side affects.
 
I believe the link to depression would be the dealing with the disease itself. I doubt taking Humira caused depression. Just my opinion.
 
I have depression and anxiety and it got worse but I don't attribute it to the humira and rather the troubles I have has with it.

I think when they list "side effects" they record everything a patient reports during the testing period. I think many people with chronic serious diseases feel depressed and anxious. Us older folks are mostly just happy to still be above ground. ;)

Yes they need to list anything being reported. Someone can break a leg in a car accident and be on a med and it's obviously unrelated but if they say their leg is broken its on the list.

Hi, I've been taking Humira for 2 yrs. now and have not had any change in my depression or anxiety....:)
