Humira failing?

Well I have been on humira since January now and started to feel lots better in may/June so it took a while to kick in. Now I have developed vasculitis which is an inflammation of the blood vessels which causes them to burst under the skin even wih minor trauma and bring me out in a rash. For example I was laying on the sofa and the pattern on the sofa caused my blood vessels to burst doesn't take much. My arthritis has flared up and I am in a lot of pain. The GI didn't really know where to go from here so they are having a meeting to discuss what to do next. He did mention 2 injections a week but said it was very unlikely so it may be trials next for me. Anyone on here have anything similar? Or gone up to 2 doses a week?

I hope there is something that can help me starting to lose hope with treatment doesn't feel like anything is going to work.

I have heard of people going to every 5days, but it seems to me that if weekly isn't working you should look carefully whether surgery wouldn't be a better option. However, in your case with your arthritis playing up it does sound like a trial, other meds like methotrexate as well, or can you get on a stem cell program?

Thanks for replying. Don't know what kind of trial the docs might be thinking of they are going to contact me next week to talk about what they think is best. I have heard about the stem cell programme but I think that's a bit drastic for me at the moment.
I have been offered methotrexate before but didn't want to take it because other reactions I've had to medications it's one that I would like to avoid.
I have had surgery mentioned and it's something that I think is worth trying but maybe not just yet. Usually when my arthritis flares up it's not long until I go into a full blown flare so if it does go that way I think I may go for surgery as I don't respond well to any medicine, even antibiotics if there's a reaction I will have it lol.
