I know you are advised to put it in the fridge straight away, it even travels refrigerated. I would say no longer than 10 minutes as you aren't supposed to leave it out longer than that before injecting.

I remember that when I called back in the day they had told me it was safe if it was under 35 minutes (go figure what that timing is...). You will most likely get a wide variety of answers and motives regarding the time that is safe with various testimonies...
I would assume it is safer for you to call the abbott help line that is on the packaging and they will provide you the "accurate" answer regarding this.
Thanks....someone at the house left the fridge door open and I couldn't tell if they were warm. I didn't use it yet and am contemplating waiting for my next refill to start back
I know Cimzia which is another biologic was ok for several hours at a higher temp in the fridge but I am not sure about how long it can sit out at room temp. If it's an hour or less its fine but otherwise call the company they can send a replacement or advise.
