For those that linger between soy milk and dairy milk, it doesn't touch much at all on the nutritional aspects, but it does on the environmental ones, for those of us with the capacity to see past our own meager lives and to the bigger picture. Not that it's a hands down decision one way or the other, I'd say the nutritional aspects are more important for the most part since there doesn't seem to be a very clear answer to the topic here....

Nope, that's what they want you to think. I'm 99.9% sure I recall looking at that one (among many) Lisa, it is regular milk plus Lactase, the enzyme a normal person is to have for breaking down lactose, the sugar in milk. That's also the enzyme in dairy supplements that you take before a meal. In theory, the enzyme cancels out the presence of the lactose, but I'm leary on the efficiency. That's like selling a poison, and the antidote, in one single bottle, and labeling it "POISON FREE!!"

It very well may work completely fine in nearly all people, but I don't like the way it's positioned.

I've been hearing that soy isn't good for you a lot lately. But these people/articles never seem to go into the details of 'why'. I've tried looking it up but all I seem to find is people wanting to sell me their books.

Well, I can tell you soy mimics estrogen, as it's a phytoestrogen, and with hormones, the body seeks balance. If estrogen goes up, testosterone will inversely go down, and test isn't just for fitness, it's got a slew of benefits (including fat loss).

Pen, I wonder if Crohns is as bad for the ozone. We should push for a cure for Crohns even more, as we'll be more "green" without it. :)

I was told back in high school it's a combination (some contain it), and because of the fact I've seen enough video clips of people with flamethrower-grade anuses igniting a simple zippo I think it is at least as potent as pure methane. :emot-cop:

A quick google search has this, very, um, in depth:

That is the BEST website!! Thoroughly enjoyable! I LOVE farts, and I can't believe what I have learned! Some topics are where does a fart come from?, why are stinky farts generally warmer and quieter than normal farts? (so true, right?), why does a fart seem to follow the farter?, when it's cold outside can you see a fart like your breath? and my favorite - is it possible to fart in a jar and save it for later? The answer - yes! You have to do it in a tub. Read this article for more details!
Plus they have a lengthy fart word list (like, other words for a fart) my favorite being the booty bomb.
Seriously - good readin'!
