I would be healthier if I meditated in the morning and evening, but I don't because I don't set aside the time for it.

I would be healthier if I gave up all sweets, especially chocolate, but I don't because I'm addicted.

I would be healthier if I didn't eat cr@p such as KFC, chinese takeaway, indian takeaway, and if I didn't drink alcohol or smoke. I do these things because I enjoy them and just can't help it. Why should I stop doing the things I enjoy just because I got whacked with the unlucky stick? Oh yeah, coz it gives me cramps like I'm having right now!!!!!!!!!

I would be healthier if I set time aside to heal, but I don't because I stress about school... because I need to get a good job... So I can pay for my meds... So I can be healthy... To be able to work hard... To make lots of money... To pay for meds... to be healthy... to work... to make money... to buy pills... :|
 
I would be healthier is I didn't sneak and eat: popcorn, corn chips, or grapes. I'm an idiot who never learns. The few moments of bliss turn into rage inside my gut.
 
I would be healthier if I exercised more, but I am always so tired and it makes my abdomen hurt worse!

I would be healthier if I stopped drinking caffeine (coffee, soda, energy drinks) but I am addicted to all of it!
 
I would be healthier if I stopped trying to be supermom, wife, coworker ect.... all of the time and just let other people help and give myself time to feel better, but i don't because I like being supermom ect...... because its who I am.
 
I would be healthier if I would get weekly messages but I don't because I won't take the time. (can't do the meditation thing...I start thinking of mor stuff that needs done!)
