I'm having a baby!!! *grin from ear to ear*
I went in to the E.R. wednsday night because I had been vomiting and feeling kinda sick for about a week... they did a PG test and it came back POSITIVE!!! My husband and I cant stop smiling everytime we look at each other. LOL :)

I NEVER thought I would hear those words... It's going to be a Christmas baby!!!

CONGRATS!

Were you guys trying? (only answer if that's not too personal, just wondering because of your shock level)

Oh boy ... have fun there. I've had three. It's .. interesting. ;)

Congratulations!

Thanks everybody =)
Well.... I wouldnt call it "trying"... but we weren't using any birth control because I was always told I wouldnt get pregnant, and my husband has a very low sperm count. So this is truely a SUPRISE! But I'm excited... nauseas... happy... nauseas... nervous... did I mention nauseas?
I've been feeling great (other then the occasional vomiting), so I ALMOST forgot about the Crohn's lol... that is untill last night's 4 trips to the potty. Now I'm paranoid about pushing the baby out when I'm trying to have a BM. Maybe I'm worrying to much...... That WOULD have to be a HELL of a push wouldnt it?

Congratulations!!!
Loving a child is like nothing else you can describe until it happens to you.
Wonderful and amazing years ahead!!

Congratulations. All of the nausea and vomiting will be worth it. It's one of the few miracles in life.

Shock

Congratulations! I loved being pregnant because I was able to eat almost anything I wanted without having ant crohns symptoms. I had serious vomiting but that is so normal during pregnancy. It was a different "sick" for a change.

Remember to drink LOTS of water.

Enjoy!

Humira.
As far as I know my docs want to keep me on it because they are afraid I'll come out of remission and have a flare up before the baby is born.... IDK, I guess they know what they are talking about so I'll leave it up to them. Have any of you females been on humira during pregnancy????

Congratulations Rosemarie!!
Hope everything goes well!!!
Best of wishes!!!
