this is similar to what i try to do.

quantify and record statistic s on everything and keep a searchable historical record, i eventually would like to do this all in excel but i have just a general word document for now. it has helped identify very complex relationships between what i eat and how my body functions, and many other variables like exercise, stress, etc.

To cover up embarrassing sounds in the bathroom, there's the "thirst flusher app, along with a variety of apps for locating public restrooms, including, the "sitorsquat" and "bathroom scout", along with a "colonoscopy prep assistant" to keep track of what you drank, when, and how much you have left.
