Is it true Entocort can cause Diabetes?!

I read that someone acquired Diabetes type II after using Entocort....for real?! :eek2:

Or is the risk that same as eating a whole pack of oreos every day for 1 week...

Is there anything that doesn't have something serious as a side effect?

Entocort is a glucocorticoid and whilst it doesn’t tend have the same level of systemic side effects that Prednisone does it still has the ability to cause them, particularly when used over long periods of time.

Unfortunately IBD or not I think you look hard enough every drug will have some sort of serious side effect for x amount of people but those x amount are few and far between.
