OK, I new trying on new jeans was a BAD idea while bloated. Damn, why do I ignore my sixth sense! My advice, don't do it! Needless to say, I got a cute shirt and bailed before it got too depressing . I have yet to experience wieght loss from crohns. Just bloating and moon face: ) argh!

I love to wear my workout clothes.. Nice and stretchy. Maternity would work too. I'm normAlly a size 4- I can hear everyone feeling sorry for me- not. However, when you go from that up 4 waste sizes it is depressing. I know we all have our own comfort levels . I'm a cyclist and dancer- I don't have the choice but to try to stay fit . It's just what I'm used to age 42 and 15 year old twins. I'm going to stay positive and avoid jean shopping for a whole. It's Fall, dresses and boots ! Screw you cute jeans! On the upside, I was able to leave my house after over a week. Prednisone does put me into remission.

Oh, bra size is the worst too! It all sucks it! I'm off to the hospital. I HATE that place ! In too sick to be bE home. I was just trying to do something nOrmal. F it

In a post from years ago, someone wrote about how we all probably have 3 sets of clothing: One size for flares with weight loss, one size for remission and one size for prednisone. So true!

Draw string pants, stretchy knits, wrap dresses and loose shirts are my friends. :)
I like Tibetan-style shirts and salwar kameez because they're great for hiding prednisone-related bloat, and also very comfy. Plus, they're flattering -- I get compliments on my clothing all the time. If you get the kind that is supposed to look wrinkly all the time, no ironing! :)
