Lactose Malabsorption in Crohn's

So, if I'm reading this report correctly, someone with an indeterminate form of IBD who displays Lactose Malabsorption is statistically more likely to have CD than just a form of Colitis; though it still MAY be just a form of Colitis. Right?

It seems so, as it appears the upper in the digestive system you have Crohn's the more Lactose Malabsorption you have. But I guess from this study, a Lactose free diet makes sense if you have Crohn's.
