Very long study but the results are: These data suggest that dietary restriction of LA, antioxidant supplementation, and treatment with AA pathway inhibitors may be beneficial for treating Crohn's patients.

Which confirms the idea that restricting Omega 6 is a good idea for us with Crohn's. Also antioxidants seem to make more and more sense

Yeah, now watch as the food industry introduces Omega 6 into more & more foods.. I see Omega 3 turning up everywhere, Omega 6 is a rarity now. But just like 'fibre', if the industry sees this 'catchphrase' Omega 6 drawing more healthy people to buying their wares, pretty soon it will be injected into everything, regardless of us with IBD
