I haven't been feeling good lateley so I'm thinking of starting a liquid diet for a few days and see if things get better. Any tips on what I can eat (or drink for that matter) on such a diet?

Thanks Pen. I took Cipro and Flagyl and now am feeling better. But my doc says only take them for 10 days, so i hope I stay OK after that. Now i'm just eating bland food, like rice, potatoes, yoghurt and fish , chicken. Trying to avoid Gluten. Lets's see. I'm considering SCD agin, but I don't know if I can do it. Since before I had so much low energy on it, that I gave up....

aw i hope you carry on feeling better, Mazen, & can get your diet back to normal.

i know i sometimes fight reducing my diet down to bland foods or liquids when i'm not well, but it's worth it just to give my digestion a rest. hopefully you've let things settle enough now and the worst is over.

I know it was 20 years ago, but when I was first diagnosed, they but me on an orange juice diet. Yep, nothing but orange juice for a week.

I was also on an intravenous feed, so I wasn't being malnourished. I actually put on a stone of weight on this diet.

Not really recommended though, is it?
