Looking to move to either PA,Washington st or Oregon

Need help if anyone live in these areas. Those are my 3 choices! need help for Doctors,hospital,places to live and just Thank You for your help!

I live in Lane County (the Eugene/Springfield area) of Oregon and the GI I see is Shane J Mills, I have very few complaints about him. He's knowledgeable, polite, and and professional. He does however come off as nervy and a bit scared of his patients and on bad days, really tired. He is however an award winning GI and always willing to discuss things and help. He is apparently on very few insurance plans, interesting.

I live In Vancouver wa. I had one gi doc here that knew anything and he retired the only other one is in seattle which is almost 4 hours away, the hospital is Washington state university and I thought it was an ok hospital since they did my takedown I did have some issues but I ended up with a good outcome.
