Low Blood Pressure :/

I've always had low blood pressure. It's generally around 95/60-65. Heart rate around 70-75.

This is causing me a relentless fatigue, and I find it very hard to do things. Just sitting on my desk and concentrating on something is hard to do.

It always gets much worse after I eat a meal.

I don't understand why this is happening.

I'm not dehydrated (drink more than 3 liters per day), no anemia, eat enough salt (tried eating even more, nothing changed), no thyroid problems, no diarrhea, no stress, no active inflammation, vitamin-mineral levels are fine, living in a stable environment, getting enough sleep...

I'm so frustrated with this!

Do you have any suggestions? I'm open to any idea...

Thanks.

Have you try to practice any sport or regular physical activity?

Seems a nonsense but sport helped me lot with with fatigue... especially when i had no anemia... now i feel tired and have difficulty to do any regular sport because of low hemoglobin, but in your case i'd give it a try.

This might be a good idea, but I have a problematic abdominal hernia (gonna have surgery for that in two months) and I don't want to strain it with physical effort.

I had a problem with low blood pressure for a period of time. Enough so that I even passed out a couple times when I stood up. The good news is it finally went away, the bad news is I have no idea why. I'm holding out hope that yours goes away as well.
