I have been having some "problems" lately, different from my usual. I have been having a lot of pain with eating. Doesn't seem to matter what I eat, but if I eat a small amount slowly I am ok. Thus, I have been eating a lot less lately, sometimes forgetting to eat, and I think this has been causing my blood sugar to drop. I have been coming in to work and feeling lightheaded/dizzy all day. I am assuming it is low blood sugar, although eating doesn't always improve it. I stopped my propranolol for a day to see if that helped, but it doesn't seem to have.
Anyhow, do you guys have any secrets or ideas on how to combat this? Have any of you experienced this? So far I'm thinking keeping a bag of almonds with me.
