Low grade temp?!?

So out of the blue I've been running a low grade fever for about three days now. Now today both my ankles, hips and shoulders(the joints) feel like they're burning...wth?!? Any ideas?

When you're flaring, you can get arthritis-like symptoms in your joints. That's probably what it is. The fever would also be from that.

Call your GI and let them know! They can tell you what to do.

I was already debating if I should call and tell my nurse or not. I'll probably go ahead and call Monday...they're closed tomorrow for good Friday. Thanks for the response!

In the meantime, maybe just try taking tylenol to help with your fever, since you have to wait a few days to contact them. I hope you feel better soon!

Are you having any other symptoms other than the fever/joint pain?

Diarrhea came back today. Had been gone a couple days, but I hurt the entire time. Felt like gas bubbles wrapped in razor blades rolling around in there all day yesterday -.- I was almost relieved when I started going again today lol I'm having lots of nausea and overall feel like crap...no energy and no appetite :/

It's a good idea to report those symptoms to your GI too when you can... Are you on any medication? And is there blood when you have a BM?

No visible blood and currently waiting for scopes so no meds either. The GI knows about everything so far except the new fever and aches. My scope appt isn't until May 27th so still waiting on a Crohn's confirmation -.-

Well, the "no visible blood" is a good thing, at least! It sucks your scope is so far away, though. Hopefully you'll get a diagnosis then.
