I've been to see my consultant today, I was diagnosed last month with Crohns after ongoing symptoms over the past 2 years. I was started on budesonide as well as azathioprine.
After seeing him today a month later,he has now decided to put me on prednisone along with mercatopurine instead. Has anyone been on the same medication? Are there a lot of side effects with these medication?
Any experiences would be great fully appreciated
