More complications

I am 5 1/2 weeks out from surgery. Everything should of been healed enough for no problems to arise. So much for hope. I few days ago I woke up to fluid coming from my skin. I called my surgeon's assistant. she said its pretty normal since I just had the drain out, she told me that it would clear up pretty quickly. Then, a the night before last, I was changing my bandages and noticed more fluid coming out at a different spot. Now there is 2 new wounds (3 all together) there is a giant cavity under my skin that I can feel if I push down around the wounds, which makes me think the wounds are part of the same system. I called the doctor yesterday and of course no one answers. His nurses assistant didn't call me back until 7 pm and i called at noon. She gave me care instructions for the weekend and if it gets worse to go to the ER.
This is not my first rodeo with wounds. Its all happening again. I won't be surprised if I have surgery next week to open up the cavity under my skin. If I have to get a wound vac again I am going to be very upset.

afidz, I'm so sorry to hear you are going through this.
