Hi, I'm 29 years old and was diagnosed with Crohn 8 years ago.
Since then I was on steroid therapy (prednison) for couple of years which ended with surgical procedure during which 70 cm of my small intestine (terminal illeum) was resected.
After that I had two more surgeries. First one was due to adhesions from my first surgical procedure, and second one was due to retained endocapsule.
I was experimenting with SCD, and currently I'm on Imuran 125 mg (azatioprinum) and Salofalk (mesalazine) 2 g.

My Crohn is pretty much under control now, but I have to quit Imuran therapy because I'm on it for almost 6 years now. I'm not sure what to expect, but hope for the best.

p.s.
Apologies for possible grammatical errors since english is not my native language.:ysmile:

Welcome, haldir! Don't worry about grammatical errors, those of us raised to speak English will make more than you. I am hoping that all goes well for you coming off the Imuran.
