Hi from a 32 year old m in Florida. Diagnosed 11 years ago as a college soccer player. Still playing, and just ran a marathon...with active crohn's. See my story at my Crohn's blog if you are interested.

Greetings,

I have bookmarked your blog, ...looks good.

I consider myself to be athletic as well, I play hockey, lacrosse, golf, ride a road bike and run 5-10km races and go to the gym everyday.

Congrats on the 26 miler! I get bored after about an hour of running so a marathon isn't in the cards for me.

I have on many occasions preformed athletically while my guts and butt were causing me a great deal of distress. I generally feel better the next day, not always though. I have often had to take a quick detour in a race and carry a ziplock bag with TP in it during my race.

PS great product shot, I need one of those.
