No bowel movement after colonoscopy prep for three days

I did a thorough prep on Thursday for testing I had on Friday (pill cam and flex sig), and I have not had a bowel movement since early Friday morning. I assumed after all the prep I wouldn't go a day or two, but I am now on day 3. Should I be worried?

I'd leave it one more day and see how it goes. It took me a good few days for things to get moving again after mine.

Thanks, guys, for the replies. I am trying to not worry, but several days of not going is not normal for me. Also, I want to be sure I pass the pill cam. But I am sure my system is a bit messed up due to the prep, so I will try to hang tight for another day before panic mode sets in...lol.
