Floating around on the web, and being a 20 yer Crohnie, with advanced peri-anal-fistulas, I found something that is exciting for the cure and prevention of the before mentioned. Too bad from what I have read that it's been developed in India and the USA is now looking into the equipment and procedures safety that will prolly take ten years, lol but I wanted to share with you.

I agree, too bad its not here in the USA....I recently sent the links to my gastro....he has teased me over the years about the research and various conventional and unconventional methods I have come across.

I wish my CR doc had offered a flap surgery..........but nooooo. I had two "laying open" surgeries. It was Humira that eventually healed the fistula.

The new approaches sound very interesting and promising. We all know what a PITA perianal fistulas are!

Keep you chins up. Good Luck
