No inflammation active on colonscopy but sharp right side pain

Just had colonscopy and no active inflammation but was only two days after humaria . Having right side abdominal pain across from navel that is sharp.
Only happens after bowel movement or 10 minutes after eating. Last about 10 min.
Been on weekend getaway and worse but eating more and due for humaria today.
Any suggestions

Additional info bm are well formed without urgency or cramping. Appendix and gallbladder were both removed.

Hi Mark,

It's possible that you've got something going on higher in your intestines than the colonoscopy could detect. Issues in the jejunum and higher up the ileum often manifest as pain after eating and a colonoscopy wouldn't see up there. The pain after the bowel movement is a bit confusing though.

David,
I have not had a sbft for over two years. Did a pill cam about 1.5 years ago.
I was due for my humaria injection today but won't be able to get it til Tuesday. I am a wimp I can't bring myself to injecting it. My family doctor is also one of my best friends (I am also his accountant) and he is out of town till Tuesday. Tomorrow will be a semi rough day. BM have already greatly increased today and some nausa and abdominal pain starting.

My colonoscopy didnt pick up much, but the pill cam picked up 9 ulcers. Some in the jenjunm and some 2/3 in to small bowel. The pain after my eating will depend on how long food takes to reach each of these uclers tends to happen 15 - 30 minutes after eating for me. Good luck
