Nodular episcleritis

So Ds was dx with nodular episcleritis today
Placed on topical steriod eye drops
Was told it is an EIM of crohns
He goes back for a recheck in a week and sees Gi next week

Anyone else have this with crohns ??

Nope, C has episcleritis but not the nodular. Episcleritis used to be his best indicator his CD was flaring but he hasnt experienced it for awhile now even though his CD is active.

Also, the ophthalmologist dxed C with chronic conjunctivitis at one time and said that it was also an EIM of CD.

I hope the meds work quickly to resolve it! Hugs!
