this is super easy to understand and talks about amino-acids / vitamins / prebiotics / probiotics related to crohn's disease, talks about the effects of ROS like in the articles below

most comprehensive and understandable study I have ever seen, thanks whoever made this

(it is short on wound healing process and effects of certain herbs maybe)

had no idea, the study he talks about is a study on EN, apparently EN is very low in microparticles, which would explain it's beneficial effect together with the high amino and vitamin status the diets tend to have

I linked that study about tooth paste once where they could find an immune response to titanium oxide in histology of rats (or was it mice, what's it matter) that managed to penetrate deep inside mucosal layer
