I have found the holy grail, most of us loose the enzyme that digests lactose right, what about the drops you add to milk such as 'Lacteeze' or tablets you take before dairy, in which the product convert the lactose to a more digestible sugar. The drops you add to milk and the amount of drops depends on how sensitive you are and how long you leave it in fridge for, and the tablets you take and the amount again depends on how sensitive you are and you take them right before indulging in amazing dairy sweets.
I used to love milk and dairy i hated ALL the alternatives when consuming straight or plain i.e glass of alternative. But this seems like the perfect solution. I'll just add over the dose and the best thing is, consume to much of these products it simply passes through your system so it cant hurt to overload!

has anyone tried this!? Does it work?
