Osmoprep and no results after 4.5 Hours

Had a small flare last week and have been on prednisone since, was already schedule for a scope tomorrow.

So I decided to do osmoprep and went through the first round of 20 pills, nothing happened after 3.5 hours so I called my doc and told him. He told me to go ahead with the rest of the dosage.

Anyone have any insights on this?

so if you couldn't already tell my colon exploded the second i posted this message and didn't quit for 4 hours. good times.

so first scope in 10 years, no polyps or cancer which is good news. but where i had my bowel resection at the ileum area 12 years ago i am having some constriction, the doc mentioned possible surgery or going on remicade. told him if i had to do something i'd rather have it cut out than go on remicade. i'm hoping it doesn't come to that though.
