Just wondering, for those diagnosed a little later (in 20's) did you notice if your periods got worse? I know I was diagnosed with Endo back in 2000, but the third and fourth laparoscopy I had for pain showed nothing. I am wondering if I have had issues longer than I think.

I know that I was diagnosed at 18. But, lately I've been having heavier bleeds. Have you been sick for awhile? I know that when I've been in a flare for awhile, even up to a year or so my periods go wierd. Sometimes it just takes a bit to get yourself all regulated again. If you're concerned about it, wouldn't hurt to talk with your doctor though.

I don't get periods anymore ;) I had a full hysterectomy 3 years ago due to extremely painful periods and because of what we thought was endometriosis. Towards the end my periods were suddenly really heavy every second month, and they were no longer on time, during this time I was in tons of abdominal pain due to what the docs thought was endo. I am wondering if it was a flare instead.

I'm presently undiagnosed but since all of my GI symptoms started to really ramp up last September, my normal period cramps have become more painful
