Pentasa Tablets

M was cheeked for his rash, Drs are not really sure if it is due to Sulfasalazine or Slapped Cheek syndrome (virus).

They decided to give M Pentasa tablets 500mg . M takes half a tablet dissolved in 25 ml water 2 times a day; but Pentasa does not dissolve completely some microgranules remains. Any idea how we should give Pentasa to M, using a big spoon with 25ml and half a tablet?

Rice
Jelly beans
M&ms mini first then whole
In two weeks he was a champ
Until then we places it in applesauce and he swallowed it whole no issues

M is on EEN now so only thing he can eat is Jelly, which he doesn`t like.
The Dr told us to dissolve Pentasa tablet in 25 ml water and then he could drink it. However, I didin`t really understand why we need to dissolve the tablets in 25 ml water; 1st it doesn`t dissolve; 2nd because it doesn`t dissolve we do not change the concentration which is 250mg.
