I had a healthy boy in 2014 and I was on remicade the entire time. He's very healthy and happy. When I went to mayo clinic they said remicade hasn't shown a higher chance for birth defects. Mayo in MN were the ones that told me to stay on remicade and aza if I wanted to get pregnant again bc even with the combination of the 2 there was maybe a 2% higher chance to have complications with my pregnancy. I have heard that it's harder to get pregnant if you have crohns and it's not fully in check, however if you're in [wiki2="Remission"]remission[/wiki2] it should be pretty normal.
