Hey

So I get a wake up call this morning and its the big D that needs to speak to me URGENTLY. my first reaction is obviously FLARE! AHHHH!!!! but as time passes i start to feel very nauseous, and then the fever kicked in. Murphy's law that when i'm not flaring i will get blessed with a stomach bug. I guess the universe just desperately wants me to poop. lol!!!!!

Us crohnies just never ever catch a break, do we?? oo:

Hi Simone, I hope it's just a short-lived bug!! I often wonder how we'll know the difference when EJ's crohns is acting up or if he's just sick?

For me it was the nausea combined with the fever which is not my usual crohns symptoms and also when i'm in a flare i get hectic abdominal pain which i don't have now. But you know, it's different for everyone and if this is a bug it will pass in the next day or two where as a flare will last. Hope this helps
