Dear Ladies who were pregnant/are pregnant with Crohn's,
For the last 2 years (since moving to Asia) I have had chronic diarrhoea - 5bms a day. Numerous colonoscopies and blood tests etc confirm that my Crohn's is in remission - I'm not in pain and not on medication - so why the diarrhoea?! I am now 11weeks pregnant with my second child (first pregnancy was wonderful) and it's beginning to worry me - recent blood counts have shown various nutrient deficiencies. Did anyone encounter this during pregnancy? How did you cope? I am on a low residue diet, which is not great during pregnancy, though it seems to help slightly. Any suggestions hugely appreciated, thank you all!
