I've been reading a lot on diet. I'm motivated by pretty food, pretty Instagram accounts, well-done blogs...I've found a lot of good ones to follow; both Paleo & AIP. But I get really discouraged by the amount of non-Crohn's friendly items, mostly veggies and fruit. It turns me off. Anyone else?
