I alternate between 2:
In the morning I take - Ultimate Flora "Advanced Immunity" (in the refrigerated section)
(this was recommended by several digestive disease books, and I think it has helped me a lot)
After dinner I take - kyo dophilus (not refrigerated) (recommended by a health professional)
Since each Probiotic's daily dose is 2, I thought I would split dosage between a vegetable based (ultimate flora), and a human based (kyo dophilus).
I also take fish oil and aloe every morning, which I consider to help keep me intestinally well balanced... I take many other anti inflamitory and vitamin supplements throughout the rest of the day too. Seems to work great for me so far... Have not had a flare since I started taking these supplements. Over 5 weeks now.
 
I tried Restora for about two weeks and it made things worse.
Yesterday my GI doc gave me samples (2 weeks worth) of Align to see if that one is better. If not, I'm done with probiotics :/
I'm willing to give them a shot anyways :)
 
I used to take (Target brand) the cheapest probiotic I could find, and that did nothing for me.
Some of the recommended ones are pretty expensive, but SO FAR they are worth it in my opinion.
