I have recently came upon a supplement that has many properties that may be of use to people with Crohn's.
It is a very good anti-oxidant, has anti-inflammatory properties, and prevent TNF inflammatory expression.

I have just started taking Pycnogenol, and I really have no symptoms to gauge effectiveness, so I am using it as a preventative.
It is something that needs more exploration as a possible treatment for the symptoms of Crohn's. If there is anyone that uses these type of supplements as possible treatments, this one has many properties that in theory could help.
Some added benefits are the lowering of blood pressure and cholesterol, and it does not appear to have any side effects. I originally found it by looking for a supplement to lower my wife's blood pressure.
Of course, if you are taking other medications for any of these conditions, you may want to check with your doctor for possible negative interactions.
