Question: Entocort together with cbd drops?

I've just been diagnosed with crohn and im very much in doubt weather I shall take entocort ore try an more alternative method. FOREXAMPLE CBD DROPS. Do any of you know how it works if I take both at the same time?

there is a whole thread concerning medical cannabis in the forum. in the treatment section. I believe in its use for crohns. if your case is moderate to severe i wouldnt risk waisting any precious time however and I'd take the entocort. Entocort is usually well tolerated and brief in treatment time. It is not a long term maintenance drug, only meant to induce remission. a quick fix. whatever your treatment decision, always keep in touch with your GI team for disease monitoring. let us know how it goes!

Thank you so much for your answer. I ve decided to start entocort and then after that treatment start to use cbd oil. I will keep you informed with my experinece!

I can shed a little personal experience here. I have been on entocort and pentasa for about a year. kept me from dying but did not get me to remission. I can no longer take biologics due to some major issues I had with Remicade. I am now on: Pentasa, Entocort, LDN, and CBD Tinctures as well as wax that I vaporize. The LDN helps a bit, then I added the wax which helped but seemed to just cover up symptoms temporarily. I added in the tinctures and sure enough. Things got much much better. So much better that I feel like I finally found the combination to completely control my Crohn's. I would not worry about the CBD interfering or counteracting your entocort. I recommend you try it and I hope everything works out!
