Question

I have been treated for a kidney infection (starting on 4/30 with Bactrim..started feeling worse so switched to Macrobid) but I kept having the worst left sided pain so finally went back to the ER tonight. My urine was clear..no bacteria...but they did do a CT scan and it showed my jejunum was inflammed...(and I have started back with diarrehea and nausea and can't hardly get food down)

Anyway, the ER doctor said most likely the pain is from the kidney infection (even though no infection was present in my urine) but could this be from my Crohns???

If your jejunum is inflamed then I would say it is your Crohn's causing the pain. Have you spoken to your GI or nurse?
