I gave stool samples, an urine sample and blood work on Wednesday. Do you all think the results will be ready for a Monday appointment?

Depends
Fecal cal takes about a week generally
Standard bloodwork is done in about and hour
Urine takes about an hour to twenty four hours

But each lab is different and whether you had them done at a hospital or stand alone lab

Agree with mlp. Blood and urine are generally next day. Stool depends on what they are testing but generally about a week.
