Questions to ask prior to trial

My doc called me today to see if I would be interested in a clinical trial. What questions should I ask before agreeing to so this?

Some off the top of my head:
What is the drug? What are expected side effects? How has it worked in past trials(animal included) what are the risks? How would it be paid for (insurance or the company manufacturing the drug, including needed tests etc) would they share info with your doc so you don't have to repeat tests (e.g scopes) what kind of time commitment will this need for me?

Its this: Mongerson (GED 0301). reports look really good.

49 trial locations, thats a lot and indicate great hope in this treatment imo.

I already got dropped from it but I'm going on another one. I needed to get off one of my meds, questran, but after 8 liquid stools before 9am yesterday I couldn't deal.
