Hi All!
I was diagnosed with Crohns disease in 2011 aged 17 (personally I knew something was wrong aged 14 but was misdiagnosed as constipation!!) for sure Crohns stunted my growth which leaves me a mere 5'6 which gives me a disadvantage with women but the self wallow has passed now.. Now 20 and having slightly grown out of the "Alcohol and partying" stage of life, I'm coming to grips with getting the disease under control..
My diet is pretty normal (apart from Brussel sprouts and other highly gaseous veg which have hospitalized me twice)..
I play sport (Golf) professionally and for a living, it can be quite hard but walking usually alleviates any bloating which is obviously a massive bonus.. I find gym work quite difficult but maintain a healthy body-weight of 154 pounds at about 12% bodyfat (I try my best to keep in shape, the motivation is the hardest part)
Looking forward to meeting people and reading the threads on this forum,
Cheers guys!
