Quick update

now at home after 9 days in hosp to be told no meds will sort out my strictures so am now living on modulem for the next 10 days waiting on a phone call will defo be going in for surgery in 10 days time .
will keep you updated

Thanks for the update. I am sorry to hear that it has come to surgery but hopefully once it is done and you have started to recover you will feel so much better. I was on the Modulen leading up to my op and thankfully I didn't think it tasted that bad. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and am sending lots of gentle hugs :hug:

Good luck over the next couple of weeks with Modulen and hopefully a surgery with a quick recovery. I have not been on Modulen myself but was on a liquid diet (mostly Ensure) for a few months so I know it is not the most fun thing in the world. That being said if it can give your body some time to recover from eating solid food then it likely is worth doing.
