Hello. I'm new here. Was a bit hesitant buuuut decided to join. I'm also excited and have a success story/testimony. Long story short: was diagnosed with Crohn's in 2011. Just had a recent flare about a week ago that progressively got worse. Listened to my heart and God instructed me to look up holistic remedies for Crohn's. This forum came up and you all were speaking about cat's claw. Rushed to health food store. Just started taking at 4pm today and already and right now - receiving relief. OMGOD!!!! It's amazing I just ate some gluten free soup and chips with no pains in my colon. Thank You GOD. Just not sure how long I am to take cats claw - still researching. Haven't eaten in days and so starved. I ate with no pain. Is this really real????? Omg:dusty::dusty::dusty:

Welcome. I'm glad it's helping you. I have heard of a lot but haven't heard of Cats claw for IBD. Are you on any prescription medications for your crohns? Supplements can be helpful as an augment but generally medication is needed to control the disease.
