I'm 31 and was diagnosed 3 years ago. I've just had my second infusion and I feel tired all the time. I'm constantly nauseous and have episodes of shortness of breath. I'm always dizzy and feel faint. But when I contacted my doctor and went to ER they were not acting as though it was a big deal. Labs came back normal but I feel far from normal. I just feel sick. I don't know what to do. Any advice would help.

I was always exhausted after remicade.. if I slept that entire day, I did better afterwards. Try to just get some rest.. If the shortness of breath persists then go in. Your body is trying to fight and the remicade is trying to stop it from fighting.. There's a lot going on in your body right now.. So just rest.

Yes

It is what it is, these things come with many side effects. I had my 3rd Remicade infusion less than a month ago and found the first loading doses the worst. Seems to me that your complaints have mirrored mine including times when I have had some shortness of breath after a brief sudden exertion such as going up the stairs.
Read over the side effects of Remicade. Serious ones that require immediate attention would be puffiness of the ankles, or a sudden onset of infection. There are others as well.

Otherwise ride it out, take lots of rest and go easy.
