Ok I had my small bowel resection in Feb. Gastro doc wanted a follow up colonoscopy to check things out 4-6 months from surgery.
Well my results showed some imflammtion at the anastomosis site and the biopsy from part of the small bowel she could reach showed mild imflammtion!! :ybatty:
Been on just Humira for over a year now and continued Humira after resection but guess its not enough, so have started imuran in addition to Humira!! JOY
So follow up from colonoscopy was yesterday and was also 2 weeks since starting imuran so had to get blood work as well.
My results were emailed to me just now and it shows I'm slightly anemic and sed rate She said was very slightly elevated.
This is the first time I've gotten blood work from this gastro, my normal less aggressive gastro never tells me my results unless I ask or something if wrong, so I've never really gotten so SEE them and study them.
So I have a question about sed rate mine is 23!! Is that bad?
Also what is c reactive protein indicate? Mine is 0.5!
Help??
