Scones?

Scones would upset me, as I can't have carbohydrates on their own, only a meal of carbohydrates, protein and fats (and scones don't really offer much protein, maybe some fat, okay).
If I have too much flour based foods, it feeds the wrong bacteria in my gut (that's just me, no general or official advice though), so I keep the intake of bread etc. low and try not to eat it by itself (!).

A nutritionist could give you helpful advice probably, it really is worth it for me seeing a nutritionist regularly.

What upsets one person may not upset someone else so it's ok to try if you feel like it.
It would be great if diet could control crohns but so far it has not been shown to do this.
So it is a trial and error adventure...if it upsets you don't eat it.....if it agrees with you then eat and enjoy.
Just think of the old adage...one mans meat is another mans poison.
